Q: How do I resolve the error message “DirectX 12 is not supported on your system”?

A: Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system (version 1909 or later) and upgrade your graphics card driver. Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements (NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580).

Q: I have a 13th or 14th generation Intel CPU, and I receive a "Out of Video Memory" crash message when starting the game. What should I do?

A: We recommend update to the latest BIOS version as per the instructions from Intel or your motherboard manufacturer. If you continue to experience instability, please contact your system manufacturer (OEM/system integrator), Intel customer support (for boxed processors), or your point of purchase (for bulk processors) for further assistance. Additionally, you can refer to the [Intel CPU Crash Troubleshooting Guide].

Q: I frequently experience crashes during gameplay. What should I do?

A: First, try following the [Integrity Check and Repair Guide]. If crashes continue to occur, please enable [GPU Debug Mode] and reinstall the latest version of your graphics card driver according to your GPU model. When installing the driver, it is recommended to use the clean installation mode. Then continue playing the game.

When a crash happens again, follow the [Information Collection Instructions] to seek assistance from our customer support team.

Additionally, if your game crashes repeatedly, it may be due to your antivirus software misjudging the game process. You can try adding ~\Marvel\Binaries\Marvel-Win64-Shipping.exe and the game storage path to your antivirus software's whitelist, or temporarily disabling the antivirus software and then trying to restart the game.

You can also try enabling [Switch Shader Compilation Mode] in the launcher to reduce the likelihood of crashes.

Q:I encounter crashes when launching the game, cannot enter the match properly after loading finishes, or cannot reconnect to the match after a disconnection. How should I handle this?

A: It is possible that your antivirus software or firewall is misidentifying the game process. You can try adding the game storage path and the file located at ~\Marvel\Binaries\Marvel-Win64-Shipping.exe to the whitelist of your antivirus software or firewall. Alternatively, you can temporarily disable your antivirus software and attempt to restart the game.

For Windows Defender,

please open Windows Security -> Virus & Threat Protection -> Manage Settings.

Find Controlled Folder Access and add Marvel-Win64-Shipping.exe to it.

For Windows Firewall,

please open Windows Defender Firewall -> Allow an app through the firewall -> Allow Marvel-Win64-Shipping.exe access on private and public networks.

Q: What should I do if I frequently experience stuttering during gameplay?

A: If you have confirmed that your hardware meets the requirements but still frequently experience stuttering, you can follow these steps:

1.Reinstall the latest version of your graphics card driver according to your GPU model. When installing the driver, it is recommended to use the clean installation mode.

2.In your operating system's graphics settings, set MarvelRivals to high-performance mode. This allows the operating system to allocate more performance resources to the game.

Go to Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics, find the custom options for applications, click Add Application → Browse, locate the Marvel.exe file in your game directory, and after adding it, select the high-performance option in the settings.
