Streamer Giveaway Event Rule & FAQ

Dear Rivals!

Here comes our Streamer Giveaway event! Mark your calendars and get ready to join the fun!

Event Period: 
- December 20, 2024, from 3 PM to 4 PM PST  
- December 21, 2024, from 1 PM to 2 PM PST  
- December 22, 2024, from 1 PM to 2 PM PST  

Join 【Quick Match】 during the following time slots, and if you match up with the corresponding streamer, you can choose one of the costume bundle as a reward! (see the list below).
We will contact the qualified participants by the in-game email, be sure to check it and complete the questionnaire in the email by December 29th, 2024, at 11 PM PST to select your favorite costume bundle. The free costume bundle will be distributed within 5 business days after the questionnaire deadline.

FAQ

Q1: What kind of matches are considered valid for the Winter Celebration Streamer Giveaway Event?

A1:

1. You will qualify for this event as long as you match with an officially invited streamer and participate in a Quick Match during the designated time frame.

2. If you entered a Quick Match with streamers during the designated time frame, no matter when you finish the Quick Match, you are still qualified for this event.

3. You will be qualified for this event regardless of whether you are on the same team as the streamers or not, as long as you matched the streamers during the designated time frame.

 

Q2: How can I know if I match with the streamers successfully within the designated time frame?

A2:

1. Please pay close attention to the in-game names of players in your match to identify any officially invited streamers. (Check the in-game names of officially invited streamers in the list above)

2. You can check the in-game names in your match history to see if you have matched any of the officially invited streamers.

3. You can watch the livestream of official invited streamers to check if you have successfully matched with them.

 

Q3: How can I know if I am qualified for the free costume bundle?

A3: You will receive an in-game email after we verified the match details. Please remember to check the in-game mailbox and fill out the questionnaire promptly to select your favorite costume bundle before December 29th, 2024, at 11 PM PST.

Additionally, we will announce the list of qualified participants on our official social media on December 23rd, 2024, 8AM PST, stay tuned!

Note: To protect players' privacy, we will redact the in-game names in the list.

 

Q4: How can I make sure that I get the free costume bundle successfully?

A4:

To receive the free costume bundle for this event, please complete the following steps before the specified deadline:

1. If you matched with one of the official invited streamers, remember to check the in-game mailbox and fill out the questionnaire to select your favorite costume bundle before December 29, 2024, at 11 PM PST.

2. The free costume bundle will be distributed within 5 business days after the questionnaire deadline.

 

Q5: If I match the official invited streamers multiple times, can I get multiple free costume bundles?

A5: No, each player can only get one free costume bundle, please give other players a chance to acquire free costume bundle.

 

Q6: Can I match the official invited streamers across different servers?

A6: No, you need to be on the same server as the official invited streamers to match with them (see the list below). Also, the server details will be announced in advance on Marvel Rivals' social media, make sure to select the correct server during the designated time frame!

 

Q7: Can console players join the Winter Celebration Giveaway Streamers Event?

A7: Yes, console players can also participate in this event, as long as they enable cross-platform play to engage in quick match. Console players please check the following steps to make sure that you turn the switch on!

PS players can enable cross-play by navigating to 'Settings' > 'Social' > 'Cross-Platform' in game.

Xbox players can enable cross-play by follow How do multiplayer games and communication work for cross-network play? | Xbox Support.
